Have you emailed us but received no reply?
Have you requested assistance with Ask RealCart or via email but have not heard back from us? This does not happen all that often but it DOES happen. If you have sent us several emails or Ask RealCart requests but have not received a reply this is ALWAYS due to a problem with the email address you are using. Please try emailing us with a different address or contact us by telephone to supply us with an alternate address. Due to the volume of emails we must deal with on a daily basis it is not always possible for us to track you down in the event our replies to you bounce (become undeliverable).

For Fastest Technical Support Answers
In the Version 2 program click the Ask RealCart button.
Use RealCarts built-in support. We utilize the fastest means possible to provide technical support to our users. Utilizing the built-in technical support is 20 to 30 times faster and more accurate than telephone support.
We will reply to your tech support questions as quickly as possible during normal business hours.
If you cannot get RealCart to install or start up on your local PC
If you are unable to install the RealCart program on your local PC or if RealCart no longer runs on your local PC due to viruses or changes to your system please email our technical support department. If you are having some other problem NOT related to installing the RealCart Win32 program on your PC you MUST use the Ask RealCart system to obtain technical support. If you request tech support via this email address and your copy of RealCart WILL INSTALL on your LOCAL PC we will simply reply with a request for you to use the Ask RealCart system. There are no exceptions to this rule. The reason we insist that you use Ask RealCart is so that we may provide you with the quickest, most accurate assistance possible.
